We need to talk about the Scrum Team

Being the by far most used agile framework for decades, Scrum is naturally challenged and questioned. That is fine. But lately we can observe a little too many misconceptions originating from other initiatives and frameworks. There are only three roles in Scrum - Product Owner, Developer and Scrum Master. Can this be sufficient? In this workshop we will explore the Product Owner role and how it relates to diverse Product Manager roles (like for instance Marty Cagans definitions). We will also contrast the Scrum Master to the different Agile Coaching and Agile Facilitator roles and disciplines.
